We understand that participating in a assessment can be exciting and insightful, but also bring up many questions. That’s why we’ve compiled a few of our frequently asked questions and answers below for your convenience. Q: How long can my student use WiredLearning?


A: Wired Learning is adapted to accommodate any educational level
until graduate school. There are learning aids that are
beneficial to Kindergartners, all the way through students in
their senior year of undergraduate studies in college.
Wired Learning is not based on age, rather based on level of
education in school.

Q: How do you get access to all of the content?


A: Great question! After you or your child’s teacher pays the
$70.00 yearly subscription fee, you will gain access through an
email. If the teacher pays, they will be given a personalized
code that will then be distributed to their students, who will
then be able to join their class and gain access to the content.

Q: How do I know that my student is learning and not just
playing games?


A: Your student’s teacher will be given access to progress
reports that are generated and analyzed after a session of
learning aids is completed. The teacher has full discretion of
whether or not the parental guardians have full or restricted
access to the progress reports.

Q: I am having technical difficulties, what do I do?



A: Here at ALPS, we pride ourselves on having state of the art
customer support. This meaning that if you do contact customer
support, you will be speaking with a real person, not an
automated robot. Customer support is available 24 hours a day,
seven days a week.
